1. Air intake system leaking.
2. Incorrect line pressure.
3. Cold control pressure too high.

5. Incorrect air flow sensor plate position.
6. Sensor plate component(s) sticking.
7. Cold start injector stuck closed.
8. Defective thermal timer switch.
9. Cold start injector stuck open.
10. Fuel lines and/or filters clogged.
11. Auxiliary air valve stuck closed.
