Voltage stabilizer, checking S26

- Remove combined instrument panel as per S2.
- Connect voltage stabilizer to 12-20V power supply. See illustration, e.g. a 12 V car battery.
- With a voltmeter check that stabilizer output Is 10±0.2V.

If voltage is not correct, replace stabilizer.
