FAULT-TRACING PROCEDURE 5 Alarm does not respond to vibration sensors.

Note:
The sensors are adjusted to initiate an alarm if the car is interfered with, for example if an attempt is made to break in or if a window is smashed. A hard object must be used to TEST the sensors. For example, use a screwdirver handle to tap the locking tab on the door post.



FAULT-TRACING PROCEDURE 6 No audible alarm



FAULT-TRACING PROCEDURE 7 No visual alarm




FAULT-TRACING PROCEDURE 8 Start inhibit function fails to operate (engine can be started with alarm energized)



FAULT-TRACING PROCEDURE 9 Start inhibit function does not disengage
