POOR BATTERY CHARGING - DIESEL VEHICLES
Insufficient voltage supplied by the alternator can be caused by poor ground contact between the alternator and engine block.
To rectify voltage drop through the ground circuit, install ground cable, P/N 1215278-1 (arrow), as shown.
