It should always be our goal to meet or exceed customers expectations. When a customer leaves their vehicle in our care, they expect to get that vehicle back in the same or better condition than when they dropped off the vehicle. In particular they expect that all of the personalized vehicle settings and pre-set selections they have made to personalize their vehicle should be found as they were when they dropped off the vehicle.

This bulletin includes the following forms for your use in recoding customer settings and resetting prior to scheduled pick up time.

The procedure shall be as follows:

1) Read out and record the customer settings and block offset values. A checklist for each platform type has been provided.

2) Download the appropriate Software Product.

3) Restore the customer settings and block offset values read out in step 1 above.

4) Perform any initializations as normally required after a Software Download such as windows, sunroof, etc... VIDA will typically provide a "pop up" message when these are required.
