Rough Running at All Engine Speeds

1. Intake air system leak.
2. Defective fuel injector(s), refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING PROCEDURES.
3. Fuel system pressure incorrect, refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING PROCEDURES.
4. Air mass meter defective, refer to COMPUTERIZED ENGINE CONTROLS.
