BONDING OF GLASS - ONE-COMPONENT PUR ADHESIVE

Adhesive cartridge




Cut off base of cartridge

Pour out drying agent

Use large screwdriver to make hole in aluminium diaphragm at front of cartridge Hole should be same size as cartridge opening.

Fit:




- nozzle to cartridge

- cartridge in spray gun

SEALANT SPRAY GUN




Unscrew red ring at front of gun.

Insert adhesive cartridge and mixing tube in gun. Fit bright adapter ring and tighten red ring.

Note:
Spray gun is intended only for one-component PUR adhesive and supersedes earlier gun, P/N 1159029-6.

ADJUST SPRAY GUN SETTING




- Red handwheel: closed

- Blue handwheel: 3-8


SPRAY ONE-COMPONENT PUR ADHESIVE

Press trigger until adhesive emerges from mixing tube.

Apply suitable quantity of adhesive onto surface to be bonded. Place and fix glass (or other component to be bonded) in position.

Allow to cure for specified time.
