There is a possibility that the battery cables will sustain damage due to rubbing where the B+ and B- cables separate oil the front cross-member.

Corrective action:

Undamaged (insulation not worn through - cable not exposed) battery leads must be fitted with a protective tube as a preventive measure, according to the method described in the "Cables Undamaged" Section.

Damaged (insulation worn through - cable exposed) battery cables must be replaced with the new battery cables, according to the method described in "Replacing battery cables."
