Cooling System: Service and Repair

Coolant, changing





Drain coolant
Set heater control to max. heat.

Remove expansion tank cap.

Open cock on right-hand side of cylinder block. Fit hose to cock to collect coolant.

Disconnect bottom radiator hose.

Close drain cock and replace radiator hose.





Fill system with coolant
Fill system through expansion tank.

Run engine up to temperature and top up as required.

Inspect system for leaks.
