Reprogramming the Alarm Funcitons

Functions 1 to 5




The buttons in the lower row are used to program the alarm functions.
The following five functions can be changed:

1. Reactivation: "Re-Set OFF"/"Re-Set ON"
"Re-set ON" is the pre-programmed setting.
If doors, hood or trunk are not opened within 2 minutes of deactivation, the alarm is reactivated and the car locked.

2. Visual acknowledgement: "Light OFF"/"Light ON"
"Light ON" is the pre-programmed setting.
Upon activation and deactivation, there is a visual signal from the car's turn signals.

3. Sound acknowledgement: "Horn OFF"/"Horn ON"
"Horn OFF" is the pre-programmed setting.
Upon activation and deactivation, there is a sound acknowledgement from the car's horn or siren.

4. Horn signal: "Horn ----"/"Horn____"
"----" = Pulsating sound signal if alarm triggered.

"____"= Continuous sound signal if alarm triggered.
The pulsating sound signal is the pre-programmed setting.


NOTE: If a siren is fitted the continuous sound signal should be selected.


5, Panic alarm: "Panic OFF"/"Panic ON"
"Panic ON" is the pre-programmed setting.
If button 2 on the remote is held down for 3 seconds the alarm will be triggered in the form of sound and visual signals for 30 seconds.

LEDs located next to function buttons
When the control module is connected the current status of the functions discussed above is shown via the illuminated LEDs above the buttons.

Changing the pre-programmed settings




To change the pro-programmed settings:
- Press the relevant function button.
When the LED above the relevant function button lights, programming is complete.
