Verifying Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) Have Been Cleared

1. Press test button and keep button depressed at least 0.5 seconds, but no more than 3 seconds.
2. Note code displayed by LED.
3. If code 1-1-1 is displayed, no faults are present and codes have been cleared.
4. If any other code is displayed, note codes, then clear codes as previously described.
5. If codes are still present, fault tracing must be carried out and faults corrected before another attempt is made to clear codes.
