Camber Adjustment

Remove Upper Strut Bolt:

Camber can be adjusted by changing the front bolt location in the upper retaining plate. First, remove the front bolt. See illustration.

Please refer to "Camber Angle" in the service manual, pages 16-18, steps A7 to A13 for the correct procedure.

Adjust Upper Strut:

Note:
Correct Camber angle is -0.2 deg to +0.8 deg with a maximum of 0.7 deg difference between left and right side.

Caster Adjustment

Control Arm Strut:

Caster angle can be adjusted by installing a longer or shorter control arm strut.

Please refer to "Caster Angle" in the service manual on page 18, steps A16 and A17 for correct procedure and part numbers.

Note:
If caster angle measures approximately +3 deg., then the upper mount may be installed in reverse. See page 18, step A17 and page 104, step Q9.

Correct caster angle is between +4.5 to +5.5 deg.

CAUTION:
If you change caster angle, insure that there is no contact between the tire and the control arm strut at the full left or right steering angle.

After adjusting camber and/or caster, adjust toe-in to specified value.
