Checking Signal Lead (+) Resistance to Ground [EL19]

Checking Signal Lead (+) Resistance To Ground





- Ignition off.
- Disconnect combination relay 15-pin connector.
- Disconnect control module.

Connect an ohmmeter between #49 and #1 on test box.
Ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.

If reading is OK:
- Checking signal lead (-) resistance to ground EL20. Checking Signal Lead (-) Resistance to Ground [EL20]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 8 and control module #49 for short to ground as per HA3. Short Circuit to Ground [HA3]
