Checking Reference Lead Resistance To Ground





- Ignition off.
- Disconnect hydraulic unit connector C/ED.
- Disconnect control module.

Connect an ohmmeter between #1 and #3 on test box.
Ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.

If reading is OK:
- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 9 and hydraulic unit connector C/ED terminal 15 for short to ground as per HA3. Short Circuit to Ground [HA3]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check lead between hydraulic unit connector C/ED terminal 1 and control module #3 for short to ground as per HA3. Short Circuit to Ground [HA3]
