Intermittent Fault [EM16]

Intermittent Fault Checking Leads And Terminals.





- Check control module connector, hydraulic unit connector C/ED and combination relay 15-pin connector for loose contact as per HA5 and contact resistance and oxidation as per HA6.

- Check fuse 11/14 and lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 4; and fuse 11/14 for intermittent open circuit as per HA2.

- Check fuse 11/29 and lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 3; and fuse 11/29 for intermittent open circuit as per HA2.

- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 12 and control module #34 for intermittent open circuit as per HA2; and intermittent short-circuit to supply as per HA4.

- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 9 and control module #3 for intermittent open circuit as per HA2; and intermittent short-circuit to ground as per HA3.

- Check lead between combination relay 15-pin connector terminal 10 and control module #33 for intermittent open circuit as per HA2; and intermittent short-circuit to ground as per HA3.
