Clock in Information Module Inoperative

Use this fault-tracing procedure if:
- All instrument panel gauges are working.
- Clock in information module does not work with ignition off.

Sources of Fault:





- Open-circuit in 30 V supply.

Start fault-tracing at step 1, below.

1) Checking Clock in Information Module:





- Ignition on.
- Check if clock is working.

If clock is working there is an open-circuit in 30 V supply lead between instrument panel terminal # A16 and terminal 1 in fuse-holder 11/14. Check 30 V supply lead for open-circuit. Checking Cables and Terminals

If clock is not working there is a fault in the information module. Replace information module. Service and Repair (Individual Component Replacement)
