CU / MCC

CU climate unit. Heater control panel, replacement

Note: Control panel may differ from that shown, but replacement procedure remains the same.


Removal




Remove:
- trim panel around control panel
- control panel from dashboard.




Remove:
- cable locking clip (not ACC)
- cable sleeve bracket (not ACC). Pry with small screwdriver as illustrated.
- vacuum connections
- light.

Undo connector.


Installation




Remake all connections.
If cable sleeve bracket is broken insert screw as illustrated.

Install:
- control panel
- trim panel.
