Condenser, Ignition

The condenser is a heat exchanger consisting of a tubular coil and provided with cooling tins. The unit is used to cool the refrigerant from the compressor by natural air flow or by means of the FC, in the course of which the gaseous refrigerant is returned to liquid form (i.e. condensed).

The liquid then passes at high pressure and temperature to an expansion tube (or orifice').
