Shift Linkage: Adjustments

Fig. 11 Transaxle Cable Adjustment:

1. Set gear lever to R position.
2. Push rod arm on transaxle forward to P position, Fig. 11.
3. Turn rod arm to next position (R).
4. Apply grease to rod arm pin and install cable on studs and rod arm pin. Torque nuts to 18 ft. lbs.
5. Install washers and locking clip on rod arm.
