H6 Interior Lighting Delay Inoperable

Switch ignition off.
Remove central locking relay D/G.




Connect a voltmeter between position 15 on relay base D and position 31 on relay base G.
Voltmeter should read 0 volt.

If reading is correct: Go to step C23. C23 Checking Ground Lead, Interior Lighting

If reading is incorrect:
Short-circuit to 12 volts in lead between fusebox position 11C/11:2 for fuse 11 and relay base terminal position 15.
Correct fault or replace lead.
Replace central locking relay D/G.
