Rattling From Floor Hatch

Install:

- 2 foam rubber pieces, P/N 679904-3.

- Check/tighten all screws on floor hatch by hand.

Note!
Take care! Some screws have been installed in wood and may become loose. If screw becomes loose; drill a new hole next to the old one and tighten the screw.

The locking mechanism cover loosens when a load is placed on the hatch.

Remove:

- cover.





File or cut away the material as illustrated.

Cut a piece of textile tape in half, P/N 3537385-1, and position one half around the clip nearest the lock.





Press a piece of textile tape P/N 6812838-8, (with backing still on), onto the lock cylinder outlet cover, so the outlet is marked on the backing. Cut out after marking and press textile tape into place on the outlet.
