Possible source
- The road traffic information (RTI) control module cannot establish contact with the TV receiver
- Open-circuit, short-circuit to ground or a short-circuit to supply voltage in the wiring between the road traffic information (RTI) control module and the TV receiver
- Defective TV receiver.

Fault symptom[s]
- TV cannot be selected from the radio.
