PC support table



























INTRODUCTION
- NOTE! Read through the whole installation instruction before starting the work.
- The illustrations display the procedure in order of operation. The order of operation is repeated in the text section.






PC support table

- Raise the passenger seat to its highest position.

Applies to power seats
- Cut off the tie strap at the mounting for the bracket for the fire extinguisher.

Applies to cars with manual seats




- Undo the catches (1) and remove the handle (2).




- Remove the handle (2) by pressing the ends (1) together so that the handle releases from the mounting (3).




- Install the bracket (1) in the existing holes in the front of the seat frame
- Install the screws (2) and nuts (3) from the kit. Tighten to 10 Nm (8 ft.lb.)
- Reinstall the handle (4).

Applies to cars with power seats
- Carry out the first two procedures in operation PC support table PC Support Table
- Clamp the removed cable in the mounting for the bracket for the fire extinguisher.




- Clean the centre of the reverse of the computer using a mild alcohol solution
- Remove the backing (1) from the mounting plate
- Press the mounting plate into place in the centre of the reverse of the computer.

Note! Position the plate so that all the tape on the plate secures.




- Take measurements to determine the position of the rubber feet (1) (supplied with the kit) on the bottom of the computer
- Ensure that the rubber feet are at the same level as the mounting plate. This is to ensure that the lugs on the mounting plate do not catch when the computer is placed on a flat surface
- Ensure that the measurements are accurate so that the rubber feet on the computer align in the channels (2) in the table at the same time as the lugs on the mounting plate align in the holes (3)
- After taking the measurements, clean the mounting surfaces on the computer. Remove the backing (4) on the rubber feet. Press the rubber feet into place.




- Place the PC table on the cushion on the passenger seat as illustrated
- Align the PC table mountings (1) against the seat mounting (2). Tighten the PC table using the two knobs.




- Take the long strap (1) from the kit. Make a loop around the front SIPS pipe (2)
- Route the strap back under the seat cushion and up at the backrest
- Secure the strap in the buckle (3) and tighten fully.




- Place the computer on the PC table so that the rubber feet enter the front-rear holes in the PC table at the same time as the lugs on the mounting plate enter the round holes in the centre of the PC table
- Press in the red handle (1) until it clicks and the catches engage
- Check that the computer is secure.
- Adjust the height and position of the seat for a good working position.
