Frozen Values for ABS, Description

Frozen values for ABS, description

Explanation
Not all the parameters described need to be implemented in the control module. This varies from system to system.
Frozen values are parameter values that are stored when a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.

Power supply
The value indicates the voltage status at the control module.
HIGH = Voltage above 9.2 V.
LOW = Voltage below 9.2 V.

Vehicle reference speed
Vehicle reference speed.
Measurement range: 0.60-653.80 km/h
The control module derives the cars reference speed from the wheel sensor signal.

Stop lamp switch
The value indicates the status of the stop lamp switch.
ON = Stop lamp switch activated.
OFF = Stop lamp switch not activated.

Pump
The value displays the status of the hydraulic pump.
ON = Pump activated.
OFF = Pump not activated.

The brake disc temperature
Brake disc temperature front.
Measurement range: 114-916 °C
The control module calculates the brake disc temperature depending on the length of time the anti-spin system has been operating or the ABS system has been activated.

Active control function
The value indicates which control function was active when the relevant diagnostic trouble code (DTC) was stored.
None = No ABS, TRACS (traction control system) or Electronic Brake force Distribution control.
ABS = ABS control activated.
TC = Traction Control activated.
EBD = Electronic Brake force Distribution control activated.
SC = Stability Control activated.
SAS = Steering angle sensor control activated.
