Lens/seals headlamps, replacement

Note! For the US market: The lens cannot be replaced separately. The entire headlamp insert must be replaced instead.

Removal

Lens, headlamp




- Remove the headlight. See Headlamp/bulb, replacing Headlamp/Bulb, Replacing
- Remove the headlamp wiper arm stops (3 pcs).
- Release the clips holding the lens (7 pcs).
- Remove the lens and gasket.

Note! Do not touch the reflector surface.

Installation




Install in reverse order.

Caution! Replace the gasket with butyl tape. Part no.: 1161782
