Replacing the engine speed (RPM) sensor

Removing the engine speed (RPM) sensor

Applies only to B6xx4S
Remove the preheating hose between the air cleaner (ACL) housing and the exhaust manifold. Place the hose to one side.





Remove:
- the connector from the sensor
- the nut for the sensor
- the sensor.

Installing the engine speed (RPM) sensor





Install
- the sensor. Use anewnut. Tighten to 10 Nm
- the connector.

Applies only to B6xx4S
Install the preheating hose between the air cleaner (ACL) housing and the exhaust manifold.
