If the warning lamp for the generator (GEN) is not functioning, it is not possible to see whether the generator (GEN) is charging or not.

Possible source
- Defective bulb in the combined instrument panel.

Fault symptom[s]
- The "Generator not charging" warning lamp does not light when the ignition is switched on
- The "Generator not charging" warning lamp is lit when the engine is running.
