Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair





Replacement Of Vacuum Servo







- Remove dashboard panel.
- Remove vacuum hose.
- Remove nut of vacuum servo.
- Remove vacuum servo from support.
- Remove balljoint actuating rod using an 8/9 mm wrench.

Adjustment of vacuum servo







- Loosen adjusting bush by turning to left.
- Check if membrane is in neutral position.
- Membrane in neutral position:tighten adjusting bush to right.
- Membrane not in neutral position: move adjusting bush forwards or backwards until membrane is in neutral position.

Tighten adjusting bush to right.
Reinstall in reverse order.
