Checking the wiring and component
Check the cable between the window antenna amplifier (thin pin) and head unit / audio control module terminal #A9 for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Check the wiring between the window antenna amplifier (center pin on the coaxial cable) and terminal #HC1 (center pin).
Remedy as necessary.
If no fault is found, replace the antenna amplifier.
