Condition
If fault bit in central electronic module (CEM) indicates a fault, diagnostic trouble code is displayed.

Possible source
- The direction indicator is short circuited to ground
- Open circuit in direction indicator circuit
- Faulty shunt.

Fault symptom[s]

Diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F02
- Left flasher is not working.

Diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F03
- Right flasher is not working.
