DESCRIPTION:

ECM DTC 2000 may be set in the above vehicles when the engine is started in very cold temperatures, the customer may also have noticed that the cooling fan was running at engine start. An engine Software is now available to address this condition.

Temperature at the time of DTC posting can be found by using the Vehicle Communication Tool in VADIS, and going to "Reading off Extended Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information,
