Condition
- No PHM DTCs are stored in the Central electronic module (CEM).
- No DTCs are stored in the Steering wheel module (SWM).

Possible source
- Open-circuit, short-circuit to supply voltage or short-circuit to ground in the cable.
- Faulty contact reel.

Fault symptom[s]
- Steering wheel keypads does not work
