Alarm Module: Service and Repair

Replacing the attack alarm control module

Preparatory work
The control module is located behind the left rear wheel arch.

Remove:
- the left side panel in the cargo compartment
- any RTI (road traffic information) modules
- the rear electronic module from the bracket and move to one side.

Removing the alarm control module

Remove:
- two screws for the alarm control module bracket. Disconnect the 2 connectors
- the alarm control module and bracket.

Installing the alarm control module

Install:
- the 2 connectors
- the alarm control module and bracket.

Finishing work

Install:
- the rear electronic module and bracket
- RTI modules
- the side panel and carry out a function check.
