Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition




The Suspension Module (SUM) receives information from the keypad unit. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SUM-0172, SUM-0182 or SUM-0192 is stored if the control module registers that the signal for indication in the keypad is too high when the ignition is switched on.
- SUM-0172: Keypad, COMFORT indication. Signal too high
- SUM-0182: Keypad, SPORT indication. Signal too high
- SUM-0192: Keypad, ADVANCED indication. Signal too high.

Note! The test is carried out every other operating cycle. The Suspension module (SUM) defines an operating cycle as ignition on and ignition off.

Substitute value
- The Four-C function is blocked.

Possible source
- Open-circuit in the cable for indication in the keypad
- Open-circuit in the ground lead for indication in the keypad
- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the cable for indication in the keypad
- Defective keypad.

- General warning lamp lit
- Message in the display
- Four-C does not work.
