Removal

Remove the following items:
- air cleaner (ACL) housing
- timing belt Service and Repair
- starter motor














Special Tool: 999 5452









Installation






Note! Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.






Special Tool: 999 5451

Install timing belt






1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm
2. VVT unit, center screw, 120 Nm






Torque: [[pending translation]], 35 Nm





1. Torque: M10, 50 Nm
2. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the following items:
starter motor
timing belt Service and Repair

Torque: M6, 10 Nm






Torque: M6, 10 Nm





Install the air filter housing Refer to: Air cleaner housing
