Microphone, replacing

Removing the microphone, rear view mirror

Remove:
- both the sun visors. See Sun visor, replacing Service and Repair
- the roof module
- the connector (2) on top of the headlining.





Remove:
- the cover on the reverse of the mirror
- the spring.
Pull out the microphone.

Installing the microphone, rear view mirror

Install:
- the microphone
- the spring
- the cover
- the connector (2)
- the microphone cable.





Note! Ensure that the microphone cable is not trapped. The risk areas (1) are marked on the illustration.

Note! Tape the microphone cable securely.

- the sun visors.
