Engine block, installing components

Note! Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.

Installation





Install the following items:
1. ignition coils.Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. fuel rails/fuel injectors. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

3. the sensorTorque: M6, 10 Nm

4. cover crankcase ventilation. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

5. lifting eyes. Torque: M10, 50 Nm





Install the following items:
1. oil trap. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. water pipe. Torque: M7, 17 Nm

3. thermostat housing. Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Install the cable harness. Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Install the generator. Refer to: Generator Service and Repair




Install the intake manifold. Refer to: Induction pipe Service and Repair




Remove the engine from the work stand.

Install the carrier plate. Refer to: Carrier plate, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair




Install the transaxle. Refer to: Transmission, B6304T2, TF-80SC AWD Transmission





Install the following items:
- water pipe (5). Torque: M6, 10 Nm

- AC-console (4), console transmission (3), front auxiliary unit console (2). Refer to: Accessory Drive Component Bracket Service and Repair
- radiator hose (1)

Install the engine. Refer to: Engine, installing Engine, Installing
