Removal

Remove the following items:
- Air filter module Refer to: Air filter module Service and Repair
- timing belt Refer to: Timing belt Replacing Timing Belt
- starter motor Refer to: Starter motor Service and Repair

Installation





Note! Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install timing belt Refer to: Timing belt Replacing Timing Belt




1. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

2. Torque: VVT unit, center screw, 120 Nm




1. Torque: M10, 50 Nm

2. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the following items:
- starter motor Refer to: Starter motor Service and Repair
- timing belt Refer to: Timing belt Replacing Timing Belt




Torque: M6, 10 Nm




Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install air filter module Refer to: Air filter module Service and Repair
