Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition
The mirrors can be adjusted in the X and Y axes via the two motors for each mirror. The door mirror motors are operated via the control panel in the driver's door.
The Driver door module (DDM) checks the signal from the external rear-view mirror on the vehicle's driver side.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The signal through the potentiometer for rear-view mirror control, up/down, is too low.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Operating door mirrors.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
