Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information PBM-C200577
Condition
Park Brake Module (PBM) supplies voltage to right brake caliper directly via an output.
Park Brake Module (PBM) checks brake force for right brake caliper.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- Brake force is insufficient.
- Incorrect value lasts longer than 25 seconds.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Activated function.
- Ignition position 0, I and II.
Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.
Substitute value
- None.
Possible source
- Contact resistance, oxidation or open-circuit in the terminals.
- Battery voltage too low.
- Mechanical malfunction in right/left brake caliper.
