Condition
The central electronic module (CEM) transmits the global time on the CAN network.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers that the signal is missing and interprets it as a fault.
The diagnostic trouble code can be diagnosed when the ignition is on.
