Cylinder Head Assembly






























Cylinder Head Bolts





Install new bolts
First pass 45 Nm
Second pass 45 Nm
Third pass Tighten 90°
Final pass Tighten 180°

Cylinder Head Inspection
Max. distortion 0.5 mm
Max. distortion, transverse 0.3 mm
Height 149.40 ± 0.15 mm

Camshaft Bearing Cap Fasteners





Caution! Make sure that no fluids are present in the cylinder head bolt threaded bores.

Tighten each bolt 2 turns at a time.




Torque: M7, 17 Nm




Torque: M7, 17 Nm
