Fault-tracing
To determine whether a loudspeaker works or not, it is appropriate to activate a test sequence that sends a tone to all loudspeaker elements.
Check the loudspeakers as follows:
Note! The test sequence consists of high tones. Therefore, do not go near the speakers during the test.
- Press the symbol for VCT2000 in order to start the test sequence.
- Listen and calculate the number of tones.
For High Performance:
8 tones in total; two per right/left front and two per right/left rear.
For Premium Sound:
14 tones in total; three per right/left front, two per right/left rear, two for the centre loudspeaker and two for the base loudspeaker.
