Note! Troubleshooting of this diagnostic trouble code requires that you delete diagnostic trouble codes, that is, why this diagnostic trouble code should be checked last of the diagnostic trouble codes in the Phone module (PHM).
Erase DTCs from the Phone module (PHM) and restart the control module by clicking the symbol for VCT2000. Continue according to the instructions there.
If the diagnostic trouble code is intermittent the problem has been solved during restart.
If the diagnostic trouble code is permanent, replace Phone module (PHM).

Note! After erasing DTCs there is a delay to ensure that the diagnostics for the Phone module (PHM) have been carried out.
Check that the current DTC has disappeared or changed status from permanent to intermittent fault.
