SRS-0015 Diagnostic trouble code information

Condition




If the control unit registers that the resistance in the circuit is too low for more than 10 seconds, diagnostic trouble code SRS-0015 is displayed.

Substitute value
- Nothing.

Possible source
- Short circuit in igniter wire or in the connectors between the air bag and the supplemental restraint system (SRS)
- Short circuit to air bag (resistance in igniter too low)
- Short circuit in contact reel.

Fault symptom[s]
- SRS warning lamp on.
