Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information ECM-P02A468

Condition
The Engine control module (ECM) continually monitors the engine's exhaust gases from the oxygen content in the exhaust gases (the lambda value).
Using the built-in functions, the control module can determine the lambda value for each cylinder individually.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that:
- The front heated oxygen sensor (bank 1) has become too slow to be used in cylinder individual fuel trim.
The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of:
- Individual cylinder fuel trim active.

Note! The control module can only detect the fault once the test has been started and the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored when the conditions are met.

Substitute value
- Individual cylinder fuel trim is deactivated.

Possible source
- Mechanical fault causes in the engine.

Fault symptom[s]
- None.
