Condition

Note! This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) status is an event controlled diagnostic trouble code (DTC). An event controlled diagnostic trouble code (DTC) does not mean that there is a fault in the control module when it is active, but is designed as information.

Engine control module (ECM) monitors the idle control. If the control module detects that idle control has been outside the limit value for a certain time, the diagnostic trouble code is generated.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the engine is running.
