Global Positioning System Antenna: Service and Repair




GPS Antenna Removal/Installation

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
- Lay a shop towel under the parts when working on them to protect the face panel from scratches or other damage.

1. Remove the navigation display unit Navigation Display Unit Removal/Installation.

2. Remove the dashboard center trim Dashboard Center Trim Removal / Installation.

3. Pull out the audio-navigation unit, and disconnect audio-navigation unit connector J (2P) (A).





4. Remove the screws and detach the clip, then remove the GPS antenna (B).

5. Install the GPS antenna in the reverse order of removal.
