Do not grasp fan wheel of Fresh Air Blower (V2), force against the fan wheel or shifting the balancing weights fastened to fan wheel may cause imbalance and then problems during operation.





1 Seal

• Between the plenum chamber wall and air intake unit

2 Air intake unit housing with air doors

• Removing and installing => [ Air Intake Unit ] Air Intake Unit

- The installation components essentially can be installed and removed in their installed state

• Air Intake Unit Air Doors, Removing and Installing => [ Air Intake Unit Air Doors ] Air Intake Unit Air Doors

3 Plastic piece to reduce the diameter of the water drain

4 Air intake unit water drain

• Water that enters the fresh air intake in the air intake unit drains here

• A plastic piece to reduce the diameter is inserted in the water drain hose.

5 Grille in front of fresh air intake

• Removing and installing => [ Fresh Air Intake Grille ] Fresh Air Intake Grille

• Depending on the version, for some countries with high dust levels, a dust filter is installed instead of the intake air grille, which prevents dust and sand from entering the fresh air blower.

6 Fresh Air Intake Duct Temperature Sensor (G89)

• Removing and installing => [ Fresh Air Intake Duct Temperature Sensor ] Fresh Air Intake Duct Temperature Sensor

• Checking => Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051.

7 Air Flow Door Motor (V71)

• With potentiometer in the Air Flow Door Motor (G113)

• Removing and installing => [ Air Flow Door Motor with Back Pressure Door Motor Position Sensor ] Air Flow Door Motor with Back Pressure Door Motor Position Sensor

8 Screw

• Tightening torque: 10 Nm

9 Fresh Air Blower (V2)

• Removing and installing => [ Fresh Air Blower ] Service and Repair

• Checking => Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051.

10 Screw

• Tightening torque: 10 Nm

11 Air intake unit upper cover

• Seal the tongue and groove joint between the upper cover and the air intake unit housing, Version "1".

12 Fresh Air Blower Control Module (J126)

• Removing and installing => [ Fresh Air Blower Control Module ] Fresh Air Blower Control Module

• Checking => Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051.

13 Lever

14 Control motor Door Motor (V113)

• With potentiometer in the Recirculation Door Motor (G143)

• Removing and installing => [ Recirculation Door Motor ] Recirculation Door Motor

15 Air intake unit wiring harness

• Version and connector routing

• Ensure routing is correct
