• There are different versions of the suspension. Refer to => [ Explanations of the Production Control Numbers (PR Number) ] Application and ID.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Stabilizer Bar ] Stabilizer Bar.
• Removing and installing on the Cabriolet, refer to => [ Stabilizer Bar, Cabriolet ] Stabilizer Bar, Cabriolet.
2 - Clamp
3 - Bolt
• 25 Nm + 45° turn
• Always replace if removed.
• Install the bolts evenly.
4 - Rubber Mount
• Always replace the rubber mounts on both sides of vehicle.
5 - Coupling Rod
• During start of production, coupling rods with two ball joints were revised to coupling rods with one ball joint and a bonded rubber bushing. The side with the bonded rubber bushing is attached to the stabilizer bar. Do not install both types together.
• Connects stabilizer to trailing arm/wheel bearing housing.
6 - Nut
• 45 Nm
• If the coupling rod has a ball joint and bonded rubber bushing, then tighten the bolt in the curb weight position. Refer to => [ Rear Suspension, Lifting to Curb Weight Position ] Rear Suspension, Lifting to Curb Weight Position. Otherwise the bonded rubber bushing will be distorted, resulting in reduced service life. Install the bolt from the outside toward the inside.
